2. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on any product once the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered for the following cases:
